Specification is:


- 3” full stainless exhaust system with no restrictions

- upgraded high pressure fuel pump

- upgraded front mounted intercooler

- upgraded larger TIP and 3” MAF


Once calibration was finished and some boost issues were resolved (some vacuum lines were the wrong way round!) we ran the car on the dyno with the base map loaded on. (See the video)


After a few runs and some tweaks we managed to achieve 225.4bhp and 278.8ft/lb of torque.

- 1756mfs hybrid turbo by XMan turbos (rated to 2.2bar peak)

- CG 666 stage 3 clutch + Sachs dual mass flywheel

We loved working on this car, it was a pleasure to tune and we are very happy with the results both on the dyno and on the road! We are looking forward to seeing this car out on track soon!




With our DPF safe stage 1 map we have achieved some good gains on this car. The car has since had some work done (to remove restrictions) and is due to have the standard plastic inlet upgraded to the aluminium inlet manifold from the BKD engine (PD140) - this removes the problematic swirl flaps.

Hopefully we will have some "Stage 1+" results soon once restrictions are removed and the inlet is upgraded!
