Performance Tuning
Performance maps come in various different styles, and grades – often called Stages. Generally most vehicles can receive a stage 1 power map in their stock form – This will allow the vehicle to gain more power straight from the factory, whereas stage 2 and 3 will generally require modifications or after market parts to allow more power to be achieved
04
Diagnostics
We can offer a diagnostics service to check your car's control systems for any fault codes, including codes and information which cannot be seen by cheap diagnostics tools.
02
Economy Tuning
Economy maps can increase the performance of your vehicle but focus more on gaining MPG and reducing emissions.
05
Data Logging
Data logging is useful to see exactly how your car is running, we can view live data logs from all the sensors in the car. This is helpful in diagnosing issues and also when providing a custom map
03
Custom Tuning
We can work with you and your car to meet your needs, whether it be performance or economy, or maybe something special like launch control/pops & bangs (off-road use only)

VCDS Coding
The VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) cars are often equipped with features that their owners do not know about. These features may not even require additional hardware to be activated (for example, beeping when unlocking/locking or auto closing of windows). There are other features such as cruise control which we can code in when hardware is provided.
Extras & Deletes
DPF/GPF/Cat/EGR/Adblue & other emissions software or hardware removals are sold on the basis that the vehicle is not for use on the public roads. It is the customers own responsibility as to where, when, and in what manner they decide to drive their vehicle after we have tuned or worked on it. Any vehicles which are brought to us for the removal of emissions systems (DPF/GPF/Cat/EGR/Adblue etc) are required to be dropped off and collected via trailer or recovery truck, if this is not possible then we can provide a mobile service for these solutions where we come to wherever the off-road vehicle is stored.
EGR Delete
An EGR (or exhaust gas recirculation) valve is an emissions device designed to give a cleaner burn of exhaust gases by recirculating them back through the engine again. Due to the re-circulation of exhaust gasses, carbon builds up within the engine internals which causes problems for the car. A high build up of carbon can drastically reduce the performance (especially for petrol engines due to the raised intake temperatures), make the car feel extremely sluggish, potentially cause sensors to malfunction and reduce the fuel efficiency of the vehicle.
The EGR can either be completely removed from the vehicle with the respective inlets/outlets being covered up with relevant fitting kits or simply disabled. This means the unit remains in the same place, however, it is inactive. This reduces power/MPG problems going forward and avoids costly replacements and repairs.
Note: Removal of the EGR system will only be carried out on vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to remove this system on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with this system removed.
AdBlue Delete
AdBlue is a chemical used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) on diesel vehicles. Its' purpose is to reduce NOx levels. It was introduced by manufacturers in order to hit the stringent emission targets set out by governing bodies.
The AdBlue/SCR system is a relatively complex creation, there are a multitude of sensors, modules and pumps. These systems can fail and can be expensive to repair. A vehicle which is used on a regular basis will consume a large amount of AdBlue, and its tank will need to be refilled on a regular basis.
Our AdBlue delete service will electronically disable your vehicles’ AdBlue system, along with removing the associated dashboard lights and warning messages.
Note: Removal of the Adblue system will only be carried out on vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to remove this system on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with this system removed.
DPF Delete
The operation of the DPF is controlled by the ECU and requires multiple signal feeds from various sensors in order to operate effectively. The most common type of DPF runs two pressure sensors and a varying number of temperature sensors. There is differential pressure sensor mounted in the engine bay which picks up the pressure both before and after the DPF. It is the variance in pressure between these two pick-ups which allows the ECU to calculate the percentage of soot content the DPF. Once the ECU establishes the soot content level, it is able to force a regeneration cycle. The progress of the cycle is monitored by the temperature sensors and takes constant feedback from the differential pressure sensor which enables the ECU to know when the burn off process is complete.
Note: Removal of the DPF system will only be carried out on vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to remove this system on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with this system removed.
Hard Cut Limiter
Hard-Cut limiters are a type of rev limiter that completely cuts fuel or spark to the engine. These types of limiters activate at the set RPM, usually redline, and “bounce” off of it if throttle is applied. The “bouncing” occurs because the limiter will cut off fuel or spark at the set RPM, which causes the RPM to drop. If the engine is in a state of open throttle when the RPM drops, the RPM will then raise back to the limit. This causes the engine to cycle between the RPM limit and just below. – We can adjust this to your liking, usually increasing it, if the engine has had upgrades to it’s power.
Note: Hardcut Limiters will only be added to vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to add this feature on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with this feature added
Pops and Bangs and Flames
We can offer "pop & bang" remaps on petrol cars which will make the car pop/bang/crackle on overrun (when you let off the accelerator). We can also take this one step further with varying sizes of flames shooting from the exhaust.
Note: pops and bangs / flames will only be added to vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to add this feature on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with these features added
Popcorn Limiter
A popcorn limiter is an awesome addition to any diesel car with a straight-through exhaust system. The limiter gives the car a more aggressive sound and can also be coupled with launch control on most diesel cars.
Lambda Delete
Lambda Sensors, also knows as Oxygen Sensors, Read the car’s Air to fuel Ratio (AFR) From the exhaust manifold down the exhaust system. During performance upgrades on a car, often the Catalytic Converter (CAT) – is often removed, to allow a more free flowing exhaust system – Whilst allows the engine to remove the waste gas much more easily. When the CAT is removed, this often throws an engine management light, as the car now can no longer check if the Emissions system is working correctly, or it will see that the cat is not working as it should (because it's not there).
We will modify the software as necessary to enable the ECU to no longer check the 2nd lambda readings, so no error lights or warning are present in the system and the engine will perform as it should.
Note: Removal of the Catalytic Converter system will only be carried out on vehicles for off road or racing use. It is an offence to remove this system on a vehicle which is to be used on public roads. It is also unlawful to drive a vehicle on the road with this system removed.
